Local tour guide and biking enthusiast, Gaelan Baillie, has several suggestions on where to ride:

1-Hour Rental
If you plan to visit the main points of Niagara Falls State Park, then renting a bike for one hour and doing the Goat Island Ride may be perfect for you. Goat Island features several major points of interest: Stedman's Bluff and the Nikola Tesla statue overlooking the American Falls; the top of Terrapin Point and Horseshoe Falls; and the breathtaking Three Sisters Islands. Each location has easy to find bike racks, and with a lock that is included in the rental, it’s simple to lock up and explore each stop if you decide to extend your rental.
2-3 Hour Rental
A view of the Whirlpool Bridge in Niagara FallsRenting a bike for a few hours gives you enough time do the Goat Island Ride, as well as experience the Niagara Gorge, a breathtaking hidden gem. The Niagara Gorge stretches seven miles in length, running from the brink of the American Falls to the Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant. There's a nice wide, safe, and easy to navigate bike path that will take you to vista points that locals have enjoyed for years, and most who visit never experience. With stops at Whirlpool State Park, located three miles from the Niagara Falls State Park, you’ll see a series of extreme (Class VI) rapids that empty into a massive whirlpool. If you continue all the way to Devil's Hole State Park, you get an amazing view of the hydroelectric power plant. This park is 1½ miles from Whirlpool State Park and 4½ miles from Niagara Falls State Park.
All Day Bike Rental
Renting a bike all day is a great way to experience Niagara Falls. Save time and enjoy riding to popular attractions at your own speed such as the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, or travel back to your hotel. Plus you’ll get to experience Niagara Gorge, and attractions including the New York State Power Vista and the Aquarium of Niagara. You can also see vistas and viewpoints most miss during their visits.
