Old Falls Street
The three-block radius of Old Falls Street offers lots of family-friendly activities, along with downtown hotels, restaurants and shopping in Niagara Falls. Old Falls Street starts at the main entrance to the park at Prospect Park.

Oakwood Cemetery is the final resting place for families whose names are associated with the growth and development of Niagara Falls as a great industrial city and a world-renowned tourist attraction. Among those buried at Oakwood, one finds Annie Edson Taylor, the first person to travel over the falls in a barrel, Homan Walsh, the young kite flyer whose kite and progressively larger ropes sent the cable across the gorge for the suspension bridge, and the famed "Hermit of Goat Island." The cemetery also includes a memorial to "Comrades of the Grand Army of the Republic," veterans of the Civil War.

Bike the Falls Tours
Bike the Falls Tours offers guided bike tours to visitors looking to explore the Niagara Falls, the Upper Rapids, the Niagara Gorge, and more. These 2.5-3 hour narrated tours are regularly scheduled from mid-May through November 1 (weather permitting). Visit BikeTheFallsTours.com for a full schedule of tours. Reservations are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Eight people maximum per tour. Call for 8+ people or if special accommodations are needed.
Free Ice Skating
The outdoor ice skating rinks at DeVeaux Woods State Park and Reservoir State Park are open for ice skating, weather permitting. Skate rentals are not available, hockey is prohibited as it ruins the ice surface of the rustic rinks. Operating hours for both rinks: Sundays - Thursdays: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. / Fridays and Saturdays: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Please call 716-284-5778 for the status of rinks.
