A New Virtual Reality Experience
Get ready to experience Niagara Falls in a way you’ve never imagined.
Above the Roar is an all-new, multi-sensory virtual reality attraction that takes you beyond the edge of the Falls and into the action. This immersive experience combines motion, sound, and cutting-edge visuals to place you in the middle of the most powerful waterfall in North America.
- Soar high above the Horseshoe, American, and Bridal Veil Falls
- Move with the currents and feel the rush of wind and water
- Dive beneath the surface to explore what lies below
Located inside the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Welcome Center, this all-ages experience offers a new way to connect with Niagara Falls and see it from an entirely different point of view.

Voices of Niagara, a new exhibit experience inside the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Welcome Center, will bring the Falls to life through immersive storytelling and interactive displays.

The Niagara Falls State Park experience now extends even further with the addition of Whirlpool State Park and Devil’s Hole State Park. Located just north of the main park, these scenic areas showcase a different side of the Niagara River, from the powerful Class V rapids and dramatic bends of the Whirlpool to the rugged trails and sweeping views at Devil’s Hole. Together, they expand the park’s footprint and offer new opportunities to explore the Niagara Gorge, with access to hiking trails, overlooks, and nearby cultural attractions.
CROW’S NEST EXPANSION
Closer Than Ever
The Crow’s Nest experience is expanding, bringing you even closer to the Falls.
This enhanced staircase along the American Falls will offer new access points and expanded views of the Niagara Gorge. As you climb, you’ll feel the mist, hear the roar, and take in the Falls from a perspective unlike anywhere else in the park.
The updated design will also improve visitor flow through this high-traffic area, making it easier to explore during peak season.
